Cassandra is a General Psychologist, registered NDIS practitioner and a Member of The Australian Psychological Association. Cassandra has experience supporting varied presentations including complex mental health conditions, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, neurodiversity and trauma-related conditions. 

With a deep commitment to non-judgmental, compassionate and holistic care, Cassandra is known for fostering a therapeutic environment that recognises and builds upon the unique strengths of each individual while providing practical coping skills that are tailored to their needs and personal goals.

To meet the individual needs of her clients, Cassandra utilises a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Positive Psychological approaches. She is person-centred and prioritises creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and respected.
