Registered Psychologist

Ellie is a Registered Psychologist with a Master of Professional Psychology. Ellie takes an empathic client-centred approach and provides a space for clients to feel able to explore their concerns while ensuring her care is tailored to their specific needs. She has experience with a variety of mental health presentations including anxiety and depression, symptoms of trauma (including complex trauma), stress and burnout, substance use and alcohol concerns, grief and loss, adjustment to new life changes, low self esteem and worth, body image concerns, interpersonal conflicts and dysregulated emotions. Ellie is passionate about creating a trusting and collaborative relationship with her clients to assist them in working towards their goals through education, tailored coping skills, building insight and a range of therapy interventions. Ellie is trained in evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and also pulls from other therapeutic frameworks including trauma-informed approaches and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. Ellie’s aim is to provide a safe space for her clients to feel heard and offer non-judgmental guidance where needed.
