This is a brief self-reflection tool, not a clinical
assessment. The Ten-Item Personality Inventory (TIPI) is designed to give a
general sense of your personality traits - it is not a diagnostic instrument
and should not be used as a substitute for professional psychological
assessment. Results are for personal reflection only.
How it works
Below are ten short descriptions. For each one, rate how well it describes you
on a scale from 1 (disagree strongly) to 7 (agree strongly). Try to answer
based on how you generally are, rather than how you are right now or how you
would like to be.
The assessment takes about one minute. There are no right or wrong answers.
