Excel Psychology provides service to those who are 16 years and older. Contact our friendly reception team if you would like assistance in finding a psychologist for those who are under 16 years of age.

Client Confidentiality

At Excel psychology, client confidentiality is of paramount importance. One of our goals is to make sure all our clients feel comfortable and safe. The psychologist may ask personal details and medical history for the purposes of assessment, diagnosis and treatment. We require this information in order to be proactive in your mental health care needs, however, all personal information disclosed is treated with absolute confidentiality. In our practice, we comply with the Australian Psychological Society (APS) Code of Professional Ethics.
