Antonia is a Registered Psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar, with a Masters of Clinical Psychology (post-Registration) and a Masters of Professional Psychology. She has been registered with AHPRA since 2017. Antonia works with people of all ages and stages and has a broad range of experience in government and non-government mental health settings including: Employment Service Providers (ESPs) in the unemployment sector, NDIS services in the disability sector, social skill development programs with children, Headspace services for young people, and perinatal/infant mental health services with Gidget Foundation Australia. She has worked in Private Practice for 6 years.

Antonia is known for her approachable, caring and kind demeanour, as well as her passion for understanding individual concerns and experiences. She aims to support individuals not only to survive challenging life experiences, but to thrive and to move forwards towards achieving their goals. Antonia has experience in helping support people living with a broad range of clinical issues including anxiety and mood disorders, trauma reactions, grief and loss, sleep problems, stress, social difficulties, life transition issues, low self-esteem, relationship distress, low confidence, and more.

Antonia prefers to apply a Person-centred, Strengths-based approach in tailoring services to the person’s unique preferences, strengths and needs. She enjoys using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy (SFT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness and Compassion based therapies, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused therapy. She values utilising art and music where possible.

• Full registration as a Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Bachelor of Arts - Psychology
• Graduate Diploma in Psychology (Honours equivalent)
• Master of Professional Psychology
• Master of Clinical Psychology (Post-Registration)
