Administration

Hey! I’m Matthew and am a receptionist at Excel Psychology.

I know how important and sometimes intimidating it is to reach out for help, so I hope to assist wherever I can in making your journey of healing and development as smooth as possible. As part of the admin team here at Excel, I aim to create a warm and welcoming environment without prejudice or judgement. It makes me so grateful to be a part of a team who’s values of prosperity, development, and inclusivity align so well with my own.

Outside of working, I’m typically tending to my many plants (most of whom have taken over my house), playing Animal Crossing, lounging around with my large fluffy dog or sipping on a nice hot cup of tea with a good book. I also intend on returning to University to study psychology as I find the brain to be endlessly fascinating, and as helping others has always been at the core of who I am, I believe I can find a great career within this field.

I look forward to getting to know you and helping you get the support you need.
