Nate draws on a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to guide his work, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). His approach is calm, non-judgemental, and flexible, ensuring that therapy feels meaningful and relevant to each person.

He has a particular interest in working with neurodivergent individuals and members of the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as those navigating life transitions, identity concerns, workplace stress, emotional resilience, and trauma recovery.

Nate is committed to helping people develop practical strategies, gain insight, and build on their strengths so they can move forward with greater confidence and wellbeing.
